Norbert Vergez is a technical operations and project management professional based in Millsboro, Delaware. He has amassed over 25 years of honorable service in the US Army, including combat tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Albania, and has since transitioned successfully into business leadership. A native Spanish speaker, Norbert Vergez is a growth-oriented professional who seeks opportunities with organizations focused on exceeding revenue goals and expanding regionally.
Norbert Vergez began his US Army career after graduating from Norwich University with a BA in military studies. From 1987 to 2007, he served in positions ranging from platoon leader and company commander to battalion commander and staff officer. He became a highly experienced Army aviator, earning qualifications in multiple helicopters and even serving as commander of the School of the Army’s Aircraft Maintenance Troop.
From 2008 to 2012, Norbert Vergez was a colonel in the US Army and project manager for the Army’s Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft fleet with over $4.1 billion in funding and 134 personnel. He successfully executed new aircraft production, modernization, and modification programs.
Following his military retirement, Norbert Vergez brought that experience into the civilian world. He was a senior sales executive at InterConnect Wiring and later director of capital projects at P3 Builds in Plano, Texas. At P3 Builds, he led the commercial construction division and was also the company’s US government opportunity subject matter expert. Today, he is the CEO of IDRINQ, leading its expansion into Latin America.
